*ORDERS MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE PROCESSING. IF ORDERS ARE NOT APPROVED WITHIN 14 DAYS, YOUR ORDER WILL BE SENT TO YOU AS DESIGNED IN YOUR MOCKUP PHOTO. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED. 

We are so glad you decided to order a custom item!! All communication will be done through the email listed above. If an item is NOT customizable, it will not have a customization box. List all customization and notes in the box on the product page.

Custom Branded or Engraved Hats: (All Custom Option Pictures Will be Listed on the Product Listing)

  1. If your hat is branded, select the brand size you would like. 1/2" or 1"
  2. Select "YES" if you want a different hat than shown in the picture. (If not, select "NO")
  3. Select your Hat Style
  4. Select your Leather Patch Shape
  5. Select your Leather Color
  6. Once selected add the following to the text box...
  • Hat Color (Blue/White hat with rope)
  • Select your Patch Placement (Depending on the Shape)(Center or Left)
  • Name of Design or Letters/Symbols to Brand
  • Any other details or instructions. 

After ordering, if your hat is branded, be on the lookout for a MOCKUP of your Brands! If engraved, please send your order number and a high quality picture of your design to CUSTOMS@SUNSTEERDESIGNS.COM.

Custom Keychains: (All Custom Option Pictures Will be Listed on the Product Listing)

  1. If your keychain is branded, select the brand size you would like. 1/2" or 1"
  2. Select if you would like your design single or double sided. (For Cowhide backed keychains they will only be single sided)
  3. Select your Leather Color
  4. Once selected add the following to the text box...
  • Thread Color (One Thread)
  • Tassel Color (If Wanted)
  • Name of Design (For Engraved)
  • Any other details or instructions. 

After ordering, if your keychain is branded, be on the lookout for a MOCKUP of your Brands! If engraved, please send your order number and a high quality picture of your design to CUSTOMS@SUNSTEERDESIGNS.COM.

Custom Branded Cowhide Item: (All Custom Option Pictures Will be Listed on the Product Listing)

  1.  Please select your branding iron size. 1/2" or 1"
  2. Add the Letters/Symbols you would like on your case in the text box. 
  3. Add your specific placement on your item. (ex. Bottom Left)
  4. Any additional details regarding placement or design. 

After ordering, be on the lookout for a MOCKUP of your design!

Custom Engraved Bible Case: (All Custom Option Pictures Will be Listed on the Product Listing) 

  1. Please add the name of your file and specific placement of your design in the text box.

Custom Clothing: 

Most clothing items are not available for customization. If you would like to order a custom clothing item please email me for an inquiry at CUSTOMS@SUNSTEERDESIGNS.COM.

*Once an item is branded or engraved it cannot be sold again. Therefore, all custom orders and NOT eligible for returns.

Please Note: Custom orders WILL have a longer turnaround/processing time- around 10-14 days! This DOES NOT start until your design is sent to me, approved, and proofed by the customer.
