TURNAROUND TIME:

TURNAROUND TIME: Turn around time is the time (Business Days) allowed for your order to be processed and dropped off at the post office. Shipping time is NOT included or a part of turnaround time. The turnaround time is posted at the TOP OF THE WEBSITE. We have up to the turnaround time frame to get your order to the post office. The shipping method you chose (+ approx. days it tells you), will go into effect ONCE THE PACKAGE IS SCANNED AT THE POST OFFICE. 

- General Orders: 4-7 Business Days Turnaround Time

- Custom Orders: 10-14 Business Days Turnaround Time

*CUSTOM ORDERS WILL HAVE A LONGER TURNAROUND TIME 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:

- United States: 3–8 Business Days After Fulfillment

- International: 1–4 Weeks Depending on Location and Customs

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (such as postal delays, customs clearance, or holidays).

SHIPPING COSTS:

 Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered. You will have FREE shipping on all T-Shirts, and some additional items + FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100.00 in the UNITED STATES ONLY!

Express Shipping (Offered only on Specific Items in the U.S) Flat Rate: $32.00

Standard Shipping 3-4 Business Days: $6.90 - $9.90

Economy Shipping 5-8 Business Days: $4.90 - $19.90

 *International customers ARE RESPONSIBLE for any customs fees, taxes, or duties required by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

TRACKING:

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order through the SHOP app. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

ONCE ALL ORDERS/PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED SUNSTEER DESIGNS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN ITEMS/PACKAGES. HOWEVER, IF YOU EXPERIENCE AN ISSUE, PLEASE CONTACT US AT CUSTOMS@SUNSTEERDESIGNS.COM AND WE WILL WORK WITH YOU TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.
