By placing an order with SunSteer Designs, I understand that returns are accepted upon approval of Return Request, however exchanges are NOT accepted, stated in the online policies listed below on the website.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or altered.
Since orders are personalized specifically for each customer, we are not able to resale an item once it is shipped. Therefore, all custom orders are NOT eligible for returns.
The customer is responsible for understanding and knowing what product they are purchasing, by reading the product description for the items purchased, or going to any additional information pages. Additional information for custom/personalized items can be found under the CUSTOMS page at the top or bottom of the website.
It is agreed and understood that lost or damaged packages are NOT in SunSteer Designs control or fault once dropped off at the post office.
If the package is LOST or DAMAGED in shipping, you may file a claim with the carrier, or email us at customs@sunsteerdesigns.com to receive assistance in filing a claim.
It is understood the turnaround time is the time allowed for your order to be dropped off at the post office and does not include shipping time. Please always be aware of the turnaround time posted at the top of the website.
If there are any issues with an order, the customer must EMAIL customs@sunsteerdesigns.com within 10 days of receiving the package.
It is understood ALL custom items will TAKE LONGER due to the approving process with the customer, as well as production times. ALL custom orders and designs MUST be approved before the order is processed. The turnaround time for personalized items will be at the top of the website, and is different from normal turnaround times.
It is agreed and understood, any further questions or concerns will be handled through email at customs@sunsteerdesigns.com.
